Non-toxic PVC heat stabilizer CZ-203 is mainly used for feed water pipe, it has excellent thermal stability, and excellent machining performance of wide scope, used in variety of equipment and process, can give pipe good physical performance and good comprehensive performance characteristics.
The recommended level of addition is between 2.6-4.0 phr. depending on machine conditions and pipe dimensions. Hot mix temperature: 105-120 centigrade.
